Berlin Festival is back and dropping headliner bombs to celebrate. The festival is scheduled to run from September 6-7, 2013 at Tempelhof Airport and Arena Berlin. This year they’ve scored Blur and Pet Shop Boys along with Turbostaat.
This may be the only music festival in the world where you get to dance your ass off in an airplane hanger…
Alongside countless gigs and DJ sets on the airfield, in the airport’s hangars 4 and 5 as well as Arena Berlin, techno fans will definitely get their money’s worth in 2013. With Club THF, which will take place at the same time as Club Xberg starting at 11pm, the festival introduces club feeling galore to Hangar 2 featuring the music genres Berlin is famous for – techno, house and electro. All DJs will be announced soon.
