Not the Best Start…
While setting up for the massive Ultra Festival, an LED sign crashed down severely injuring a few of the workers. Ultra kicks off today and will run for the next few weekends.
Boonstock launched their initial wave of artists this weeks which includes a mashup of rock and EDM (think Godsmack, Nervo, Limp Bizket, and Knife Party). The High Sierra Festival out of California confirmed a bunch of acts. The Ponderosa Stomp, which strives to celebrate legendary and soon to be legendary artists while they’re still alive, announced their first batch of names.

Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake will tag team a headlining spot at the Wireless Festival this year. Am I the only one that thinks that song is just terrible?

The Wacken Fest out of Germany must have a complete lineup by now. If they don’t, that’s a hell of a lot of metal artists.
16 Is a Magic Number
The Pitch Festival in The Netherlands is now up to 16 artists in their lineup including James Blake, Disclosure, and Bonobo. 16 new additions were made to Spain’s Bilboa BBK Festival.
