This edition of the Festival Cruise preview showcases “rock” boats, a fairly broad genre that has everyone from Korn to Brandi Carlile mixed in with some indie rock. Here’s a bunch of cruises taking off this winter from Miami. Let’s rock:

Coachella shocked the music festival world with the announcement of not one, but two, festival cruises. After all, Coachella is known for its landlocked desert venue, but with a super recognizable brand and a niche lineup that no other boat can match, expect the S.S. Coachella to pack its ship.

Warpaint will play poolside while you enjoy a Bloody Mary on the S.S. Coachella.

Cayamo

Ports of Call: Miami, San Juan, Antigua & Tortola
Sample Lineup: Brandi Carlile, The Civil Wars, Keb’ Mo’, Lyle Lovett

The most easy listening cruise of the season features a lineup of songwriters for a week of music and sun. Is is popular? Hell yeah. It’s also been sold out for months. See you in 2014 Cayamo.
