THE SCENE

Over the last decade, no other US music festival has captured the spirit of large greenfield gatherings like the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.     This is not Electric Forest or Dubfest, carrie. Although those two are good artists, I don’t think they have a place at Bonnaroo. I’m certain they only booked Skrillex because of the Grammys too.

      Deadmau5 has played once before and Girl Talk has played Bonnaroo 3 times and has put on some epic late night sets. There is always a good EDM showing making up a big part of the late night acts. Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, Girl Talk were all there last year alone. But with the eclectic aray of music that makes up Bonnaroo they can not dedicate too much of their budget on EDM acts. Especially with Electric Daisy being the same weekend, its difficult to book.
