While most music festivals would be excited to rock for five years, the Newport Folk Festival is celebrating their fiftieth anniversary during August 1-2. This eclectic party in Rhode Island’s Fort Adams State Park includes performances from Pete Seeger and Joan Baez along with The Decemberists, Iron & Wine, and Fleet Foxes.
