Glastonbury 2009 Lineup: Giant Sized Edition

glastonbury_festivalNobody knows how to throw a music festival like the Brits. And no other music festival is quite like Glastonbury. The five day spectacular goes down June 24th-28th on a 900 acre farm in the Vale of Avalon. Yeah, that Vale of Avalon. The place where King Arthur is supposedly buried.

With under a month until the big party, organizers finally put the rumor mills to rest and revealed an official lineup. And what a lineup. The top of the list mixes old timers like Springsteen, Neil Young, and CSNY with Bloc Party, Fleet Foxes, and Spinal Tap just to name a few.

Sorry if you haven’t picked up tickets. The festival is so popular that it sells out months in advance. Feel free to drool over the list of performers below.
