Not many music festivals cater solely to teens. That’s where the Good Life Festival (March 8, 2013) in Australia steps up to the plate. It’s a cool idea and we wouldn’t mind seeing a few of these pop up in the United States.
From the website:
Without a doubt the countries premier under 18’s music festival, the phenomenon that is Good Life has become an institution amongst Australia’s youth. Promoted exclusively to 13-17 year old demographic, Good Life has grown at what can only be described as an exponential rate since launching in 2010 – So much so, in fact, that all 3 years have sold out completely. And fast!
The 2013 line up boasts an impressive 11 International artists and is headlined by none other than K-Pop super-star and “Gangnam style” pioneer, PSY, Pop sensations RITA ORA & RUDIMENTAL, Hip hop star DIZZE RASCAL, superstar Djs STEVE AOKI, HARDWELL, LIKE MIKE & DIMIRTI VEGAS and dub step kings MADEON, DJ FRESH, ZEDS DEAD and KILL THE NOISE.
Tickets: Tickets go on sale Tuesday, December 18th at 9:00 am. They’re going to run you about AUD $70.
