THE SCENE

You would think that a three day festival in the heart of San Francisco might cost some coin. You would be wrong. Hardly Strictly Bluegrass is completely free. How can they swing three days of music? A rich philanthropist named Warren Hellman gives the festival as a gift to San Francisco. Now that’s a party.
