THE FESTIVAL with 212,000 visitors in 2011, one of the largest open-air events in Germany and is since 1985 a year on the last weekend just before the Baden-Wuerttemberg summer vacation, so the end of July, in the Guenther-Klotz-Anlage (beside the Europa Hall ) in Karlsruhe.
