THE SCENE

Mountain Jam is a four-day, multi-stage event, featuring over 50 bands on 4 stages in one of the Northeast’s most pristine natural amphitheaters. Attendance is limited to 15,000 people (camping is limited to under 5000 people) in order to foster an intimate, fan-friendly environment.

    at Emo’s last time I was there, a week after SXSW ended Welcome to Austin, now go the fuck home . We love our Live Music Capital rep when it suits us small obscure veuens that still manage to get those it bands; but we hate it when it comes back to bite us in the ass huge festivals that want to be held here because we’re the it place and everyone wants to be in Austin.
