The 2013 Groezrock Festival has hands down, the creepiest mascot in festival history. Then again, all clowns are creepy. What Groezrock, the Belgium punk/pop punk/hardcore festival also has is a first round lineup. The 22nd edition (yeah, that long) is set scheduled for April 27-28, 2013. The opening fest for the Belgium music festival season takes place in tiny Meerhout.
